Hi,
Last three weeks whenever I turn ON computer,on the
desktop appears a message:
Problem with shortcut
The shortcut "GStartup.Ink' refers to a locatio that is
unavailable. aaaaaathe locationcould be on a hard drive on
this computer,on a network, or on a different computer on
your home network. Check to make shure that the disk is
properly inserted, or that you are connected to the
Internet or home network, and then try again.
I can remove this message by three times clicking OK, but
I can'ot delete the message, it appears whenever I turned
ON the computer.
I checked everything.
Thanx,
Izet

The GStartup.lnk indicates that you've got the Gator parasite installed on
your PC possibly as a result of having installed P2P software.

For more details see:
http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/Gator.html
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/Darnit.htm#Gator

If you have not already done so I would also recommend you download yourself a
copy of the free Ad-Aware 6.0 from Lavasoft
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and also SpyBot
(http://security.kolla.de/) and scan your system for and remove any unwanted
parasites, adware, spyware, foistware and any other junk that might be hiding
on your PC.
