recovery disk

I recently use my recovery disk to use the user recovery
procedure. It put its files on windows temp folders,
system is working now ,can I now delete those temp
files.The disk clean up utility I used to clean disk
stated that these files were marked as non delete .They
are now sitting in my delete bin ,can I delete them
without hurting system or are they used still please
respond
