How can I set up an uncompiled Qbasic program to run by the use of an
assigned shortcut key rather than the Start/Run routine. The command
line in a DOS window would be "Qbasic/run qtime" where both QBASIC.EXE
and QTIME.BAS are in the \DOS directory, which is in the default PATH.
