How do I get rid of save passwords in windows ME. Logging
into Ebay, after I put in my User Name, it automatically
puts a password in the password text box. I put the
correct password in and it asks me if I want to save the
new password. Annoying!!!!!!:(
How do I get rid of the saved password. I went to
knowledge base, but didn't help. Tried control
panel/passwords, but other passwords tab was grayed out.
There is no log in for this machine, so there shouldn't be
need to be administrator.

Help, anyone?

passed off with passwords

If you want to clear all saved passwords, go to Internet Options> Content>
Autocomplete> Clear Passwords. You can also turn off autocomplete from
there.

To clear one username/password combo, type just the first letter of the
username in the name field. When the autocomplete list appears, select that
username (just put the pointer on it) and hit the delete key.

Hope this helps,
Don
