mxavlsp.dll is not part of the Win Me operating system and is, I believe, part
of VCOM's System Suite. VCOM's support forum can be found at
http://www.v-com.com/support/index.html.
Alternatively you could uninstall this unnamed "fix-it" program and then use
system restore to roll your system back to before your problems started,
provided, of course, that that was not more than a few days ago.
