Anyone know what this is and why I got it?

"Mcinfo has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
Mcinfo will now close."

Got it when I started up today.

The Win Me operating system contains no file named mcinfo. Do you have any
McAfee applications installed as it is possibly a McAfee file. If so, then
try reinstalling those applications. If not, then look for the file using
Windows Explorer, Search, select and right click on the file and click
Properties and post back details of the description of the file from the
Version tab and also where located in your system.
