Support,

Over the past week or two, I have randomly received the
following error messages for krnl386.exe and kernell32.dll
while using the internet (Internet Explorer). My
operating system is Windows ME and I have both McAfee and
Norton's running on my system and have not been able to
find any known viruses or errors. Below I have provided
the logs from the fault log file.

Please tell me my next steps to fix this issue.

Thank you.

Craig Grant

If you would, Craig, run through the troubleshooting steps on this page:
http://aumha.org/win4/a/tshoot.htm

I'd be especially interested in an elaborated history of the problem, and to
make sure you've ruled out parasites (which are responsible for about 90% of
most browser-related problems these days). But, additionally, anything else
on that page is a good place to start I think. (You've evidently already
moved through several of thes steps on your own.)
