Logic would suggest that, wouldn't it? However Microsoft logic
somehow make MSI stand for "Windows Installer" and ".msi" means a
"Windows Installer Package"!
What is needed to install these packages (by double-clicking), is
to have the installer engine installed. One can probably find the
installer for that, InstMSIa.exe, sprinkled around inside
selfextracting archives on the harddrive or on CD's laying around
the house.
