Do you have a recycle bin or have you deactivated it?
If you have it, the deleted file should be in it.
If not, it may be recoverable with an 'undelete' program. There is one
in Norton Utilities or there ar free ones available.
http://www.ontrack.com/easyrecovery/ may help - free trial version.
But the more you use your PC the less chance you have of recovery
because the space it occupied on your HDD will be reused.
