My son's computer has multiple viruses and he is using Windows me. Can
anyone help me (step by step is you can)format the hard drive to clean
everything off and start over. The virus protection program we have did not
take care of the viruses that are on the computer. We have tried everything
we can think of, so we are at the last resort...FORMAT.
