Could somebody explain to me why is my Explorer 6 slowing
down after a while navigating to the point of being
unusable due to lack of memory?

I'm running on Windows Me on a Pentium 4 with 256 MB RAM
if this can help...

FWIW - some malware of late has been causing "out of memory" errors.
