System Restore using Win Me's system restore or was this a restore using
an OEM Recovery CD?

Problems installing wireless card. Did you restore to a checkpoint
created prior to your first installing this card? If not using system
restore should not have removed the drivers and therefore I would suspect
some other reason for your problem.

What make and model wireless card? Have you checked on the manufacturer's
web site for any FAQ covering this error code? 8002802B could be a
VisualBasic error when installing software to use the card. Try
uninstalling any components that might be installed and start over again.

What is the exact error message please? I also feel this error message is
being generated by whatever it is that you are installing, not the
operating system. Check that you have no part installed, boot to Safe
Mode and remove any entry in the Device Manager relating to this device,
reboot and try the installation again. At what point do you see the error
message? When installing the drivers for the card or when installing some
associated software?
