We need some more information about the error.

Kernel32.dll is the 32 bit kernel or "heart and soul" of Windows. As
such it is involved in virtually every task or function that is run on
the computer. So whenever some application program or device driver
malfunctions or misbehaves in some way it is very likely that
kernel32.dll will be affected by this and therefore mentioned in the
error message *as the victim*.

There are thousands of different possible error messages involving
kernel32.dll and in order to help you to diagnose the cause of your
problem we need enough information to identify just what is going on.

Next time the error message happens press Alt+D while the error
message is still on the screen. That will bring up the detailed error
message which has more explicit information about the error. Copy the
first part of the detailed error message, up to the word Registers,
and post that information back here.

Also please include some additional data regarding the error, such as
the name of the application program you were using when the error
occurred and the specific task or function within that program that
triggered the error.

See http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm for some additional suggestions as
to what information you should include when requesting assistance with
a problem.

Good luck
