It's quite simple... you have another program trying to dial the
internet without your knowing.
1- Run an AdAware scan immediately! It's simple to use and effective:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
2- Get get yourself a firewall:
http://www.kerio.com/kpf_home.html
http://smb.sygate.com/products/spf_standard.htm
http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp?lid=nav_za
You're being hijacked! Spyware, xxx long distance auto-dialer or if
you're lucky it might be a valid application of yours trying to get
updates, like AV software that added itself to the "Scheduled Tasks".
Don't be without a firewall and spyware scanning software. A firewall
is the first and most important line of defense when it come to Pc &
Internet security. Without it you're a sitting duck!
