Don,
This sometimes happens if the processor is too busy. You may want to become
familiar with what is running in the
background in the Task List or by using a Process Viewer. First, go to your
StartUp folder in Start/Programs/StartUp and remove everything you don't
need to Start. You can edit most of what's in your Task List by using
Start/Run/msconfig. To get familiar with many of the items in the list, you
can go here:
http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm. A program that I
also like is Starter. You can find it here:
www.mservers.net/downloads/startersetup.exe. Cleaning up things running in
the background may solve all your problems. Post back and let someone know.
Also, do a complete virus scan with current definitions and scan for SpyWare
with freeware from www.lavasoftusa.com.

cursor randomly sticks,especially if downloading a
