control panel ?

What I need to know is how to restore the control panel [Windows ME] after
it has been shut down by tweak ui.

None of the things in the control panel will work and I get a message saying
to contact the system administrator????

Reboot to Safe Mode and run CWShredder - to remove what is almost certainly
a variant of the CoolWebSearch hijacker.

Run regedit (Start, Run, enter regedit in the box and click OK).

In the left hand pane browse by clicking the + signs until you reach
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer
and highlight it. In the right pane double-click on 'NoControlPanel'
and in the Edit box change to 00 00 00 00
