admin problems

"Your admisistrator disabled the Display control panel"
is the error I get when I want to change the screen saver
settings, basically when I go into the display.

THe thing is their is only one user set on my computer,,me
their are no passwords I have enable except for the screen
saver which I know...no one else uses my computer...I
don't know what else to say....

I need to know if their is another way to access or reset
the settings for this folder in control pannel.

THis is the strangest thing ever...I guess I have to
change to windows XP but i still want to know about this
problem?????

Locked out by System Administrator requirement?

Do you use Tweak UI ? Than check here:
