Hi all -
Windows has started to hang on the first startup since day before yesterday.
I thought at first it was just a 'thing', but, it is doing it with every new
startup. After I turn it off with the power button, it then restart it comes
up and works fine. I am not getting any error messages, it just freezes up
It seems to load ok, I have my active desktop displayed, but, once that
happens it just seems to hang, lock up, and I have to turn it off with the
power button and then restart. . It stops processing at the same place each
time, before the AV and then Zone Alarm loads.
I recall seeing a few other posts about a same or similar event, but, can't
nail them down, or remember the solution.
I would truly appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of a
KB article or Help file that will address this. I found a couple of KB
articles, but, they did not address this problem.
