I'll get the comment right this time.....
There is NO need to clear anything in SR on a regular basis - it does it for
itself. The problem arises because of Symantec's inability to get anything
right - least of all its flagship product!
If MS techs are really saying that SR archives need to be periodically
cleared, then they need to be retrained - as that is NOT the advice that
they should be giving.
