The download was doing great. I removed the downloads that
require individual downloads and proceeded with the other
ones. I have been stuck on the last one now for 30
minutes. There is no indication that the install is going
to happen.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - Debbie

Would try doing the one that got stuck, on its own, if it
is that important to the computer. My computer also does
this, so i usually do what i have already stated or just
wait and eventually after about an hour it is completed.

Debbie,

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
Under : Problem Downloading/Installing a Software (Non-Driver) item
See: Install stops at 0% when using the AOL Browser

There is a known issue with the AOL browser not being able to install
updates from the Windows Update site. Try using Internet Explorer for
the updates and remember to temporarily disable your antivirus and any
other 3rd party software that is related to internet activitiy ( pop-up
stoppers, cookie blocker, download "helpers", etc. ).
