My father's computer intermittently boots to a frozen
desktop. The start button is the only thing that works.
Nothing in that pop up window and none of the icons are
functional. He reboots and all is well. It is a desktop
PC--an HP Pavilion
I still can not get the search engine on the Microsoft
knowledge base to work.
Can anyone here fix my problem or Microsoft's advanced
search page?
