Whenever I try to open the windows help menu the screen
opens and freezes. Closing the window opens an alert box
telling me that the program is busy.

I'm running Win ME and other help menus run fine. I
encountered this problem after NAV removed a virus and my
printer quit working, attempting to troubleshoot the
printer highlighted the dead help menu.

I've since reinstalled the printer and thats working, but
what gives with the help menu. Is there a way to
reinstall just that?

Have a look at this site.

If that doesn't help, post back.

I'm Back. :) or is that :(

Any how I managed to get a couple of dll's that were
erroneously deleted reinstalled so that Help center load a
bit more. Rather than hanging without any error messages
I get the following message:

Initialization of Help center Failed. Error 2147143677

Any suggestions for fixing that?
