WinME Help

when I go to Windows ME help, [not a particular program
Help, which works fine]by going; START...HELP

when the Help and Support window comes up the following
message is displayed:


"...The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The
Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or
you may need to adjust your browser settings..."

etc etc

like a 404 dead web page.

any ideas?

used to work fine.

we're on a cable modem.

Are you using EasyCleaner ? If so, there's a particular fix for Win
Me available at their site ( www.toniarts.com).
