Quite frequently I've been seeing Winmgmt when I quit many programs, =
from IE6 to MS Flight Simulator FS9 to MSWorks.

I used to remember what caused this, but my absence of gray hair and the =
sudden appearance of raw flesh on my scalp seems to have occluded some =
of my memory portals.

Any, thanks for any help I can get.

Hello,Have followed disabling advice works with one exception.Found on my
system that when I use System Information Winmgmt will operate and will
"hang"everytime.Ctrl.-alt.-delete to end task.
Take Care.
