I'm not experiencing any computer problems with this Dell
running Win ME but I've paid attention to what's going on
with the current virus/worm situation. So, I have the
current Norton virus defs etc and am behind a NAT gateway
router. Still, I was curious so started looking for the
files the subject infection creates on a PC. I found
winstt32.dat, winppr32.exe and w32.sobig.f@mm in the
following registry folder:
hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\internet
explorer\explorer bars\{C4EE31F3-4768 etc (some kind of
ID)}\FilesNamedMRU. In this folder's where I found the
three file names.

Should I be concerned about this ??

The Registry key you quote is only a list of files you have search
for. It does no harm but you can delete the key if you like.
