OK, I CANNOT RUN ANYTHING!!!! EVERY PROGRAM NEEDS
VERSION.DLL TO RUN BUT I CANNOR FIND A WAY TO FIX THIS!

The first thing to do is fix the "Caps Lock" key !

Perhaps if you provided a little more information like what programs what
dll and what if any error messages you get someone will be able to help, and
please don't post in all capitals it makes it very hard to read and is
considered shouting.
