Everytime I try to enter any keyboard instructions into Internet
Explorer I get the following:

Iexplore has caused an error in user.exe
Iexplore will now close

Whether it's my on-line bank or MSN search........I only need to type
2 letters into the Box (I don't even need to hit enter) and I get the
above warning and I.E. closes .
I have disabled my Norton Anti-Virus and I have checked my system
throughly with spyware checkers.
Does anyone know exactly what is user.exe and how I can get one that
works?
