Can anyone help me please.
Some program somewhere keeps creating a desktop icon. The
icon is called ~ and links to nothing. (ie clicking on it
does nothing). My antivirus can find no problem. How can I
trace which program this is?
There is a possibility this is linked to outlo0ok express
as it is often created at the end of an email session but
thgis may be a coincidence.Any thoughts?

It is safe to delete it.
