Unwanted Toolbar

I am trying to unsubscribe from GroupLotto. But when I clicked the
unsubscribe address, they added a ?Fun and Games? toolbar to Internet
Explorer. The website for this tooIbar is toolbar.pickoftheweb.com. I know
I can go to View|Toolbars| and remove the check by the ?Fun and Games
Toolbar? so that the toolbar will not be visible, but I would like to remove
the software from my computer. I would appreciate any help I can get to
remove the unwanted software from my computer.
