My friend has a Windows 98 2nd edition and he's having
problems sending e-mail with Outlook Express. (He has a
RoadRunner hook-up) When he tries to send an e-mail a
message comes up. The message reads, "Your current
security settings prohibit running Active X controls on
this page". It comes up after you try to send an e-mail.
It will let you minimize the box but not delete it. It
also won't let you shut down the computer by going in
through the start menu.
He is frustrated beyond belief.
Anyone have a solution?
