Unable to Open Windows

I can not boot up my home PC because it is giving me a
message that something is wrong with Windows. The PC is a
HP Pavilion which came with three restore disks, however
given the condition I am in I am not sure how to get
myself back into play.

Can anyone out there help me??

If you post back with details of any error messages someone should be able
to help.
You must supply the details, what does the message you get say.?
