File shredders also have that effect on the RB. They have a tendency to wipe
out the desktop.ini file that is hidden in there.

| LATEST NEWS !!
| I have found the cause of the original problem now !
| It is a program called "Window Washer V5.0.0.6".
| I have recently updated to this version and when the Recycle Bin is
| 'cleaned' with it then anything put in there does not show up as I
| have previosuly stated..... UNTIL it is emptied .... then everything
| is OK .. once again re-booting does not cure it ... it has to be
| emtied ONCE .. then everythin is OK ....
| I think I will drop them a line and report it as a "bug".
| I have now unchecked the box "Recycle Bin" (so it does not 'wash' it)
| in Window Washer and everything is fine now !
| Steve.
