trying to install Turbo Tax 2003 deluxe.

Getting error 0x8002802B Element not found. Per the
troubleshooting in Turbo tax going to C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Install Shield\Professional\Run Time\701

701 folder is not there, I have 700, The turbo tax is
looking for folder 701. I downloaded Install Shield
Engine Update 701 for Install Shield, but when I install I
get the same error message? How can I get the original
701 folder. Should my Millenium already have had this. I
called Turbo Tax for support, was on wait for ever. No
luck.

Help..

I have installed Turbo TAx 2003 successfully on WIN ME SP1. I just search my
whole hard drive and there is NO 701 folder. Unless its a temp folder that
TT uses for install and then deletes, it does not exist on my system. I have
completed my taxes and encountered no problems. I'd try uninstalling TT and
reinstalling, making sure your antivirus software is disabled.
