Your A-V should delete or quarantine the virus without deleting the
file - run "CWS" Cool Web Shredder as this parasite is one of many
Cool Web Search variants.
Unzip this file:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
Hit the executable, make sure all instances of IE and O/E are closed,
follow the prompts.
Please post back with your findings or if you need further assistance.
