Hi, I'm getting some unwanted temp files in my Windows dir with 0K size
(like >> 'fffe5fc3_{0952C58E-E759-4448-A27E-E78C815AE71C}.tmp'). How do I
redirect them from C:\Windows (or even auto delete them) because some times
these are too many.
Thanks, Jim.

They're causes by Office's infamous Machine Debug Manager or Mdm.exe.
Machine Debug Manager is used by software programmers for ... well
debugging... or making more bugs. You don't need it so just disable
mdm.exe.

Don't forget to do the Internet Explorer stuff as described in the
article. For good measure you should also rename mdm.exe to mdm.old.
Also, if you add new components with the Office cd mdm.exe will
magically reappear and you will have to disable it again.
