Since MSN automatically downloaded 8.5 I have been having
intermittant erors with Windows ME. I either get msg that
there are crirically low resources or a Windows protection
error. In case of resources critically low cannot
select "ignore" have to select "close". System then
displays msg that a program has caused an error
in "DIBENG.DLL" which I close out of. Sometimes system
works normal but many times Instant Messenger aborts and
system does not respond normally and must restart computer
to either regain IM or system functionality.
