Sucatreg.exe

Windows catalog registration goes online every time i open
device manager. How can i turn this off? Deleting
sucatreg.exe results in it recreating itself!

Best to let it run. It's checking MS for signed drivers certification.

Yes.
It will activate there.
I wouldn't call it an update those. All it does is check for drivers =
certification.
