Startup Graphic Shows Black Spots

Startup Graphic show about 30 black spots in the picture, computer runs fine
once in Windows. Tweatui fixed the problem for one startup, than it's back
to spots in the picture.Tried using a different graphic that worked for a
few weeks , now it is doing the same thing.
No virus found.
Any help Thank You,

Backup, save Favorites on floppy

Google: CCleaner newest is 1.0.3.69 install learn all
options, clean, reboot.
check for virus, update everything from internet or CD
or floppy.

Connect to internet,kill anti virus
Start,Control Panel,Systems Properties
(a yellow?) is bad fix them, by highlighting them right
click
then look in properties
find reinstall.
go through them all if you want
Sounds like your Video Graphic's card ?? or System
devices,or Display
