Help and Support is gone:
What you are seeing is unfortunately a fairly common problem and probably a
result of using a registry cleaner such as perhaps Toni Artsd EasyCleaner
which
has removed some essential entries from the registry. Some have also
reported
the same problems having installed and then removed MusicMatch software.
Details of how to repair this problem are given in MS KB Q275646 - "System
Restore Shows Date of Saturday, December 30,
1899" (
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q275/6/46.asp) and
perhaps also KB Q275651 - "Blank Pages in Windows Me Help and Support"
(
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q275/6/51.asp).
Copy the block of grey text from Q275646 and paste it into Notepad. Then
save
to a new file patch.reg on your desktop. Double click patch.reg and when
asked
confirm that you want it to be added to your registry. This should
hopefully
then solve your problem.
