I am running my immuninze AND the Spyware Blaster protection......no
noticeable problems. Is it just a matter of duplication?
Heirloom, old and need all the protection I can get

I don't have SpyBot just SpywareBlaster and Adaware, but it's very rare I
get anything in. Upgraded my AV yesterday and that run was clean also did
the GRC test the day before and according to that my machine doesn't exist
on the internet, don't know how long that will last <g>
Had a Mailwasher Pro upgrade as well today so it's all go at the moment

Spybot recognizes some but not all of the entries in the in the Spyware
Blaster database. For example, with the 5/18 Spyware Blaster database (2492
items) and the 5/17 Spybot beta detections, Spybot recognizes 1328 entries
as blocked and indicates that there are 248 additional protections possible
with immunization. I use both also.

Yeah, Tom.......I noticed the same thing and that is why I am using both. I
figure if it is not causing any trouble, it is not hurting anything. Nice
part about Spyware Blaster is that it doesn't tie up any cpu!

And Joan, good for you.....a clean machine is a happy machine.

Am I having a problem w/sb3.1? I keep updating and it doesn't seem to be
taking. It still says 'database 4/7/04 w/2817 items loaded. When I
download it says complete and successful. If I close reopen and check for
updates, it goes thru the same process as before stating dl successful. I
noticed silj said there are 2942 items in database. I posted @widler forums
but haven't gotten a response as yet, Maybe someone here could advise. tia

Appreciate your time heirloom. I have completely uninstalled sp3.1 twice,
dl'd and reinstalled. Quit all security programs and tried downloading
update again. Sb says that the dl was successful, but it still reads the
same. At a loss for words. I'll check the wilders forum and see if any
