Any ideas why each time I run Spybot it goes to the set up screen? Did
system restore, but that didn't help.

THANK YOU!!!

Hey, I know this is a Windows ME newsgroup, but you folks know just a whole
lots more about stuff than most. >>>HUGS<<<

My idea would be to un- and reinstall via Add/Remove.

Harry.

SGB,
Not sure if this will help, but, it can't hurt <g>. Go into the
program's Settings and check the following:
Under 'Main Settings".......a check mark beside "Save all Settings"
Under 'Program Start'........nothing checked
Under 'System Start'.........check "No automation"
If that produces no joy, give Harry's suggestion a go....uninstall and
reinstall from a fresh dl'd.
Heirloom, old and shower time

It's all too obvious, SGB, you're ready to "join the club".
Glad you found relief (assuming you did) and you are also quite welcome

Harry.
