Installed new software, restarted, computer hangs a ME
startup screen. Press ESC key and the message, windows
cannot upgrade file %1 from %2. Looked through
knowledgebase, there is a posted solution, but cannot
carryout the recommended solution, computer hangs at
welcome screen. What steps need to be taken to get back
to the desktop. Don't even think about safe mode,
computer hangs up in that mode also.
