On shutdown the system hangsup. I then do a Ctrl-Alt-
Delete where I then get the message "RUNdll.32" not
responding. So I then have to continue shutdown by turning
the power off. Whats the answer please.

rundll32 error reports are usually hardware related and often associated
with sound cards or (voice) modems. Take a look at Jim Eshelman's excellent
