Does anyone know how to set Outlook up so when i double
click on the Outlook ICON it will give me a screen to
enter which email account I want to access rather than
defaulting to one?

That is - assuming you mean Outlook and *not* Outlook Express.

You to File/Exit out of OE each time it's used. If you "X"-out, it will always
start the last active account the next time.
