That rather depends on which security patch you mean, if you are referring
to the Blaster Virus patch then no as the many posts on here have said and
the information about the patch at Microsoft have said Windows Me is not
affected by this virus and you do not need a patch. If on the other hand you
are referring to critical updates then you would get these from the Windows
Update site depending on which ones are needed for your system.
