Just wondered the easiest way to run a scandisk in DOS
on Windows ME. I seem to have lost my start-up disk and
can't exit to DOS from desktop. Please Help

Make a new Startup Disk is the easiest way. Control Panel\Add-Remove
Programs\Startup Disk. But it's best to run ScanDisk from Windows. Less
likely to screw your system.
