It's hard to say but it may need a good "cleaning". Have
you used the system tools - Disk cleanup, Scandisk, and
Disk Defragmenter lately? You should also download
AdAware (free version) from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
It detects and safely removes tracking cookies,
dataminers, dialers and other objects on your computer
that could cause a slowdown. The first time I scanned
with it I couldn't believe all the "junk" that was on my
computer. Make sure you use "webupdate" before you scan
so you have the latest ref files.
