Root Certificate Update

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition with Program
Version 9 but it prompt out an error message saying "Please install the
Microsoft Root Certificate Update". When I run the Windows Update, it didn't
display the Certificate for me to install. Previously, after i format my PC,
I still can get this Root Certificate when I run the Windows update. But not
time time.

Appreciate your advice. Thanks.

See if you can get the update from here :
http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe

The link is from :

Searched the V4 site and it was not there.
