Restoring removed program files

My husband accidentally removed a very important program
through the add/remove programs. Is there any way we can
get the program back? We have the original disk but
there have been many updates over the last 2 years and
I'm not sure if we have all of them.

Richard,

They could try using system restore and rolling their system back to before
the uninstall. Won't recover everything but maybe enough to at least use the
program.
