ANON,
You have to re-install the video drivers for your particular
card.. Go to Device Manager and double click your Video
and you will see the update driver button... You will probably
have to go to the video card manufacturers site and download
them first and then when the update driver wizard will ask where
to get them and point them to where you downloaded them to
such as your Desktop. You would point to C:/Windows/Desktop
most likely..
